For the longest time, the focus of my relationship with God was that He had a plan and purpose for my life. While that was a good driving force, I always felt inadequate to pray and trust God for certain things. I was afraid to ask because I was afraid of getting disappointed.

When I went for my inner healing session, God showed me that my feelings of unworthiness came about because I believed that my untimely conception was the source of my parents’ marital problems. Obviously, that was not the truth, and God began to transform and renew my mind.

During the session and in the weeks that followed, I finally realized that the focus of my relationship with God should be His love for me. His never-ending and unconditional love has now become my source of life, purpose, confidence, strength, and freedom.

In 1 John 4:18, it says, “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” These days, I am no longer afraid to pray. I boldly ask for prayer and am excited to pray for others. This is revolutionary! Our God is a good God. He desires for us to be healed completely and experience heaven here on earth!
